浜幸宽医师是江户川综合医院放射科的主任,他在放射肿瘤学和分子成像领域有着丰富的经验。他被誉为“日本托姆刀治疗引领者”,是医学前沿领域的杰出医师之一。
江户川综合医院是世界上最早引进三台托姆刀的医院之一,也是少数几家拥有三台托姆刀的综合医院之一。自2013年以来,该医院已经实施了17,741例托姆刀放射治疗,并且治疗效果稳步提升。2014年的治疗实例达到22,149件,2015年为26,128件,2016年为23,810件。
放射科由浜幸宽医师领导,已获得调强放射疗法(IMRT)认证,具备可靠的技术和丰富的经验,能够为患者提供日本先进的放疗。该科室采用无曝光MRI作为图像评估的基础,MRI不具有放射线暴露且图像处理准确。此外,该科室是世界上唯一在同一设施中同时安装了低磁场设备和高磁场设备(MRidian)的医疗机构,可以为患者提供低磁场设备和高磁场设备的模型选择。在治疗前,该科室可以通过CT成像确认肿瘤位置,有效避免照射偏离目标。在MRI引导的放射治疗中,该科室还可以实时拍摄断层图像,根据情况即时打开和关闭放射束,避免对人体正常细胞造成损伤。
